This is a new service we will be introducing in April 2016. We will be working with a number of leading sports motivators, Natasha has a degree in Sports Science and a 2nd degree in Physiotherapy. She has worked with leading Olympic & young talented athletes, British Diving squad, professional rugby teams, gymnasts and dancers. John works in the field of tennis coaching and adds a unique energy coaching/motivation programme to inspire young people to develop and grow a love of sports to overcome a number of social/emotional issues that prevent them being the best they can be.
We’re also developing a ‘Walk & Talk’ therapy group session, linking in with the local authorities sports programmes. We see this service as helping those who are obese, socially isolated, have mental health issues or just want to meet and make new friends in a friendly and safe environment.
